Best Granola Bar in the World

Granola bar at Joel's Java

My second trip to Greenville, a year ago, I discovered the most delicious granola bar in this coffee shop on Main Street attached to the Poinsett hotel where we were staying.  I had just come from a great run along the river and we sat outside afterwards to cool off.

This was so good that every time I have been back to Greenville, I have sought out this granola bar.  I have tried to reproduce it but can’t get the mix of ingredients quite right.  It has just a touch of peanut butter and some Rice Krispies along with nuts, seeds and dried fruit.  I have even asked for the ingredients which they have given me but mine are either too sticky or not sticky enough. Since I don’t really need to eat that many granola bars, I gave up and will just have to get my fix when I come to Greenville.  A granola bar on a napkin at Joel's Java

Other than granola bars, they have quick breakfast food that looks good, and tea and coffee, but please try the granola bars.
