Watermelon Pops are a cool and refreshing healthy snack with chocolate and SPRINKLES. The kids will love it at your next cook out.
Of course it was much more fun to add sprinkles.
You might think it would be hard to get the chocolate to stay on the watermelon since it’s such a watery fruit, but just freeze the cubes of watermelon slightly before dipping them and it will stay put. You need to eat these fairly soon after you make them. I froze the ones we didn’t eat and the frozen ones are just like a popsicle. I played around with different types of toothpicks, and you really need something sturdier than a toothpick, otherwise it will come out of the watermelon cube. These worked perfect.
