Prepare the bundt pan by spraying it with cooking spray.
Using a mixer or hand mixer, prepare the batter. Fold in the fresh fruit.
Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes. Let it cool for 20 minutes before inverting it.
To prepare the glaze: Boil jam with water and when cake has cooked but is still warm, pour the glaze over the cake.
