Bacon wrapped tater tots are a one bite scrumptious appetizer that might be the best party food ever made. Super crispy and salty with a hint of brown sugar, they are guaranteed to be a hit.

Ingredients
½bagTater Tots(thawed)
1lbBacon
½cupBrown Sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375º. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place a metal wrack inside.
Cut bacon strips into thirds. Tightly wrap tater tots with bacon.
Place the brown sugar in a bowl and roll the bacon wrapped tot in the brown sugar, lightly coating it. Place seam side down on the rack in the baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is brown and crisp.
Top with sour cream mixed with chipotle sauce or sriracha
Barbara's Notes + Tips
Make sure that you use a wire rack inside a baking sheet to catch the grease.
Use aluminum foil and not parchment paper.
If you use thick bacon, you will need a toothpick to hold it together.
Make sure you place them seam side down on the rack so that they don't unroll as they back.
Try serving with a cup of sour cream mixed with 3 teaspoons of sriracha or chopped chipotle peppers.
