Cinnamon Sugar Cheesecake Bars start with crescent rolls for an easy, low prep dessert. Not too sweet but still delicious with a cream cheese filling.

Ingredients
16ouncescream cheese(room temp)
1egg
1cupsugar(divided)
1teaspoonvanilla
2tablespoonscinnamon
2tubes crescent rolls
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with hand mixer until smooth. Add ½ cup sugar, egg and vanilla and beat until well combined.
In a small bowl, combine ½ cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture into the bottom the prepared pan.
Keep crescent rolls refrigerated until ready to handle, work with one package at a time. Remove dough from container and pinch seams together. Place on top of the cinnamon sugar mixture in the prepared pan. Top with cream cheese mixture.
Remove the second tube of dough and pinch the seams together. Place on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until dough is cooked through. It should feel slightly firm to the touch. Cool completely before cutting.
