8ouncessharp cheddar cheese(shredded)
18 ounce package cream cheese, softened
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspooncayenne
½teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonWorcestershire
½cupbeer
Instructions
Combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne black pepper and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to mix until it is well combined. Slowly add beer, adjusting based on how it tastes and continue to mix until it is combined.
