Ingredients
1sheet puff pastry(thawed)
4ouncesgoat cheese(softened)
¼cuphoney
6fresh figs(up to 8, stemmed and quartered)
½teaspoonfresh rosemary(finely chopped)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425º. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place puff pastry on parchment paper and roll out into a 10 inch square. Prick all over with a fork. Fold the edges over about ½ inch to form a border all around the square. Place on a rimmed baking sheet.
Combine goat cheese and about half of the honey and spread over the pastry. Place figs on top and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
Bake for 5-7 minutes until pastry is golden brown. Drizzle with remaining honey and let cool slightly before serving.
