Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Dressing
Guys, this honey lime dressing is a fabulous addition to your next fruit salad. Ready within 15 minutes, it's the perfect summer salad. The simple addition of lime zest adds a punch of flavor and brightens whatever fruit you have available. . You're going to love it at your next potluck or family dinner.

- 1 cup strawberries (diced)
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cups pineapple (diced)
- 1 cups kiwis (peeled and diced)
- 2 cups peaches (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup cherries (cut)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 lime lime zest
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Cut 8 cups total of your favorite fruit. You can also try bananas, grapes, and mangoes or just about anything that you like.
- Whisk together the honey, lime zest and lime juice and pour over the fruit.

- There will be enough dressing for 8-10 cups of fruit.
- Try adding bananas, grapes, mangos, any type of berry.
- If adding bananas, wait to add until right before serving.
- If using apples or pears. sprinkle with lemon or lime juice to keep them from turning brown.
- This is best served the same day.
- Try freezing the leftovers and use for smoothies
