Gooey Baked Boursin Cheese with a Crisp Panko Crust
Baked BoursinCheese might be the easiest appetizer you'll ever make, but it looks like something from a restaurant menu. Boursin cheese is coated in a simple panko mixture and baked in the oven for 20 minutes until crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Drizzle a little hot honey on top for the perfect finish.

Ingredients
15.3 ounce box of garlic herb Boursin cheese
¼cupflour
1egg(beaten)
½cuppanko bread crumbs
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
1tablespoonspicy honey
1teaspoonchopped rosemary(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper
Add flour to a small bowl. Beat the egg and add it to a separate bowl. Place panko in a third bowl and mix with salt and pepper.
Gently roll the Boursin cheese in the flour making sure to cover all sides along with the top and bottom. Dip into the beaten egg coating the entire block. Place in the panko mixture, gently pressing it into the cheese, coating it completely.
Place on the prepared sheet and bake until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Use a spatula to remove it to a serving dish and drizzle with spicy honey and fresh chopped rosemary.
