Barbara's Notes + Tips
Use just a small amount of chocolate in a microwave bowl, enough to dip about five balls.
Use a fork to lower and remove the dipped balls from the chocolate and a sharp knife to slide it off the fork onto parchment paper.
Decorate before the chocolate hardens, you won't have much time.
Cover any holes with sprinkles, no one will ever know if they aren't perfect.
If you don't have food processor, place the Oreos in a resealable bag and crush with a rolling pin or wine bottle. Use your hands or a hand mixer to combine with the cream cheese.
Use chocolate wafers or chocolate chips. Candy melts will not work as well.
