A simple trick of flouring bacon before cooking it in the oven, or on the stove, will create perfectly crisp bacon. The crispiest bacon without being burnt and with no splatter or smoke. Breakfast just got a whole lot better.
Preheat the oven to 400º and cover a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the flour on a plate and drag each bacon slice through the flour. Place the strips side by side without overlapping on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-16 minutes depending on the thickness of the bacon.
Remove and place on a paper towel lined plate.

You can also cook floured butter on the stove. Preheat the skillet and place the floured bacon side by side in the skillet and cook about 4 minutes on each side.
