Chocolate Toffee Brownie Cookies
Chocolate Toffee Brownie Cookies only have 5 ingredients and all you need is a bowl and a cookie sheet. Start with a boxed brownie mix and with a few additions you’ll have amazing chocolaty cookies. So EASY, and take very little effort.
Ingredients
- 18.25 ounces brownie box mix
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup flour
- 8 ounces toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375º. Line cookie sheets with parchment.
- In a large bowl, mix by hand the brownie mix, eggs, oil and flour until combined. It will be very thick. Fold in the toffee bits.
- Scoop with a small ice cream scoop into mounds onto cookie sheets, and press down slightly with your hand.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes. Remove from oven and tap the cookie sheet on the counter to create cracks on the top of the cookies.
- Let cool slightly on baking sheet before removing to a wire wrack. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
