Preheat oven to 400º. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the cauliflower. Whisk well. Add cauliflower to the bowl and coat with marinade. Arrange on the prepared pan and roast for 10 minutes. Turn cauliflower and roast an additional 10 minutes.
