World Famous Waffles

Waffles that are so good, that we call them world famous!  Light and fluffy with a buttery taste for a perfect breakfast food. So good you don't even need syrup.

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 eggs separated
  • 1 ¾ cups milk
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter


  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with the milk and stir into the dry ingredients. Add the melted butter and whisk together until smooth.
  • In a third bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the batter.
