Roasted Cranberry is a slightly sweet but tart cranberry dish that changes up your traditional sauce by adding grapes. Cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving has just the right amount of sweetness for and will compliment any meal. Don’t wait for the holidays for this awesome combination.

Ingredients
1lbseedless red grapes
3cupsfresh/frozen cranberries(12 ounce bag)
¾cupssugar
1teaspoonfresh thyme
2teaspoonslemon zest(1 lemon)
⅛teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425º. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss all the ingredients together. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Stir half way through.
Let cool before serving.
Barbara's Notes + Tips
You can use fresh or frozen cranberries.
If the grapes are large, slice in half or they will take longer to roast then the cranberries.
