Ingredients
⅔cupspopcorn kernels
1cupbutter(2 sticks)
½cuplight karo syrup
2cupsbrown sugar
3teaspoonssalt
½tspbaking soda
1teaspoonvanilla
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 250ºF. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
Place popped popcorn in a large bowl. Remove the kernels and set the popcorn aside.
Add butter, Karo syrup, and brown sugar to a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a rolling boil. Add salt, vanilla, and baking soda. Remove from the heat.
Pour the hot mixture over the popcorn and quickly stir it so that it coats the popcorn before it sets.
Pour out onto the two baking sheets and bake for 60 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so until it is crispy.

Remove un-popped kernels.
Work quickly when adding the caramel to the popcorn so that it doesn't harden. .
Don't forget to stir every 10 minutes or so while it's baking.
