Ingredients
4cupsromaine lettuce(torn into pieces)
2cupsred onion(chopped)
2cupsbell pepper(chopped)
1cupcelery(chopped)
2cupspeas(frozen)
2cupsmayo
1tbspsugar
6ozsharp cheddar cheese(grated)
¼cupparmesan(grated)
1lbcooked bacon
Instructions
Shred the lettuce into the bottom of a glass bowl. Spread red onion on top. Then add bell pepper, celery, and peas.
Stir the mayonnaise until smooth and spread it on top of the peas. Sprinkle sugar on top. Add cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese and top with cooked bacon.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, don’t mix it, just dig down to the bottom so that you get all of the layers.

You can leave out the sugar.
For more color, add red, orange or yellow peppers instead of bell peppers.
