Step 1

Start with fresh corn. You can also use frozen corn if fresh is not around.

Toast cornbread. Cut into cubes and toast until golden.

Cook the corn. Soften the corn by cooking it in a skillet.

Combine eggs & milk with corn.  pour it over the cornbread mixture and bake for about 40 minutes.
