So delicious, don't even need syrup!

Walnuts & choc chips are nice too!

– flour – sugar – baking powder – baking soda –brown sugar – salt – cinnamon – buttermilk – vanilla – ripe bananas – eggs – chocolate chips – walnuts

What you'll need

You want your buttermilk and eggs at room temperature. 

Step 1

Prepare the batter and fold in the mashed bananas. 

Step 2

Once you scoop the pancake batter onto the griddle, sprinkle the add-ins over each pancake. 

Step 3

 If you don’t have buttermilk, you can make it by doing the following:  Put 1 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar in a one cup measuring cup and fill it with milk. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until slightly thick.


Let breakfast be extra delicious!
