THREE layers of chocolate with a layer of cherries on top

Step 1

Pre bake a pie crust. Add cocoa powder to the pie crust or you can use a regular pie crust

Add chocolate ganache. A layer of ganache tastes great and keeps the crust from getting soggy.

Add chocolate filling. A creamy rich chocolate filling goes on top of the ganache.

Add a  layer of cherries. Cook fresh or frozen cherries and add on top of the chocolate.

Refrigerate and top with cream. This needs to cool for about an hour, then top with whipped cream.
