–Coconut oil –Carrots –Salt –Garlic –Bourbon –Pure maple syrup –Fresh thyme


Heat up your pan and add some coconut oil.  Add in your carrots with a sprinkling of salt.

Give it time to soften and brown on the edges. 

Add the garlic at the end and add in your fresh thyme. 

Don't forget to add just a little bourbon and drizzle with a dash of pure maple syrup.

Spruce up dinner any night of the week!
