top sirloin bc the sauce is so flavorful.
Be prepared for a savory sauce made with sweet Marsala wine that compliments a steak beautifully.

– dried porcini mushrooms

– cremini mushrooms
– sirloin steak
– shallot
– flour
– garlic
– fresh rosemary
