The sweet salty combo definitely fills the sweet tooth.

Layers are fun way to enjoy fresh fruits and a sweet cream cheese filling with a crunchy base. 

– Thin pretzel sticks – Sugar – Butter – Cream cheese – Heavy cream – Strawberries – Salt – Unflavored gelatin – Cold water


Step 1

Bake the buttery pretzel crust. 

Step 2

Beat the cream cheese and add in the heavy cream to put on top of the cooled crust. 

Step 3

Using fresh strawberries and sugar, puree them and cook them down to a jam like consistency.

Step 4

Give the gelatin strawberry mixture several hours to set, up to overnight. 

A perfect sweet and salty combo that is sure to be a hit over the holidays!
