A healthy version of a bowl of comfort food.

This is a keto friendly, low carb meal.

Poblano's add the perfect amount of heat and flavor.

– Chicken breasts – Poblano peppers – Diced tomatoes – Salsa – Ancho chili powder, chili powder – Pantry items – Toppings like cilantro, sour cream and cheese.


Step 1

Add raw chicken breasts to the slow cooker and add all of the ingredients except for the toppings.

Step 2

Turn on the crockpot for 7-8 hours.  See how easy that is?

Step 3

Shred the chicken before serving. 

Step 4

Combine the chicken with the chili ingredients.

Top with cheese and sour cream and jalapeno slices if, you want it spicy.
