Custardy filling

Goes great with ham or lamb or beef

Will feed a crowd

– cornbread  – butter – corn – eggs – heavy cream – milk – sugar – parmesan cheese

Toast some cornbread

Step 1

Saute the corn

Step 2

Put corn in baking dish and top with cornbread

Cover with eggs, cream and milk

Step 4

Bake until golden and set
