It’s tender and juicy 

Sweet apples 

– Butter – Brown sugar – Cinnamon – Apple – Pork tenderloin – Olive oil – Orange juice

The apples tenderize the meat so you don't even need a knife. 

Step 1

First cook down the apples so they're soft and caramelized. 

Step 2

Add the apples to the pork

Step 3

Tie it all together

Step 4

Brown the pork in a skillet to seal in the flavor.

Step 5

Place in a a Dutch oven and cover with orange juice & brown sugar and roast in the oven.  

Step 6

Remove and slice, drizzle with the remaining juice.
