– panko  – parmesan  –  chicken – egg  – olive oil – dried basil – garlic powder –dried parsley – dried oregano


– canned tomatoes – anchovies – mozzarella cheese


Using ground chicken, form the meatballs, then roll in Parmesan and panko. 

Step 1

Crisp up and brown all sides of the meatballs. Set aside. 

Step 2

Chicken meatballs are more delicate than beef; leave them alone in the skillet until they start to brown then they’ll stay together.


Create a delicious homemade marinara sauce with just a few ingredients.
