Choose the best potatoes. Use Yukon gold potatoes with a buttery taste and thin skins.

Rub off the skins. While hot, you can rub off the skins with a towel or leave them on.

Use a Ricer for smooth mashed potatoes. The ricer makes the smoothies potatoes without lumps

Or use a potato masher. Don't use a food processor or mixer or you will have gummy potatoes.

Keep warm. Keep them warm in a slow cooker until ready to serve.
