Creamy cheese sauce

– butter – yellow squash  - vidalia onion  –  egg  –  cheddar cheese  – gruyere  –  sour cream – mayonnaise –  fresh thyme –  Ritz crackers – butter –  parmesan  –  parsley

INGREDIENTS 

Slice the squash and chop some onions.

Step 1

Saute the squash to reduce the liquid.

Step 2

Combine cheese with sour cream and egg.

Step 3

Mix with squash

Step 4

Combine crackers and butter

Step 5

Bake until golden brown.

Step 6
