Cream Cheese Filled Banana Bread



This version of banana bread is extra moist from both the ripe bananas and cream cheese, and it looks amazing once cut.

– Egg – Brown sugar  – Sugar – Butter – Greek vanilla yogurt – Vanilla – Ripe banana – Flour – Baking soda – Baking powder – Salt – Pecans

CREAM CHEESE FILLING –  Egg –  Cream cheese – Sugar – Flour – Vanilla

Step 1

Brown the butter 

Step 2

Mash about 2 bananas. Add it to a bowl with eggs, sugar, browned butter, yogurt and vanilla.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients and add it to the bottom of a loaf pan. 

Step 3

Mix together an egg, cream cheese, sugar, a little flour and vanilla and pour over the batter in the pan. 

Step 4

Add the remaining batter to the top and sprinkle with pecans.

Step 5

Bake until the top is golden and the center is set.
