White chocolate exterior makes them easy finger food treats!

Simple to decorate for any holiday.

– Cinnamon graham cracker crumbs – Cream cheese – Pumpkin puree – Pumpkin pie spice – White chocolate wafers – Powdered sugar

Make the cheesecake dough using a food processor.

Use a 1 ½ to 2 tablespoon cookie scoop and roll into balls. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Let the dough chill.

Step 3

Melt your white chocolate wafers. Prepare your decorations now because once you dip the dough, you'll have to quickly decorate each dough ball. 

Step 4

Keep the decorated balls in the fridge until you're ready to serve them. 

TIP

Place the ball flat on a fork and drop the fork into the chocolate.
