– brown sugar – cinnamon –  ginger – nutmeg –  cloves – black pepper – salt – cornstarch – heavy cream –  whole milk –  pumpkin puree –  eggs

Ingredients for Pie

– chopped pecans –  dark brown sugar –  salt – dark corn syrup –  vanilla – white sugar

Ingredients for Topping

Whisk the eggs, cream and pumpkin 

Step 1

Add Dry ingredients

Step 2

Pour into a partially baked pie crust

Step 3

While it bakes, make the topping

Step 4

Remove baked pie and add topping, bake an additional 10 minutes

Step 5

Let cool for 4 hours
