Italian Stuffed Shells with Spinach and Sausage

Buy the frozen spinach in a bag. Once thawed, poke holes in the bag and squeeze out the liquid. Then just pat dry with a paper towel.

Create a flavorful sauce.

Stuff the shells completely.

This meal freezes well. You can freeze it before it has baked or bake it and let it cool completely before freezing.
