Super simple

The most tender beef

Better than at a restauant

– flank steak – cornstarch – vegetable oil  – cloves garlic  – fresh ginger  –  soy sauce – dark brown sugar – scallions  –  rice

Slice the beef, freeze it a little first to make it easier.

Step 1

Coat with Cornstarch to make it crispy.

Step 2

Saute the beef

Step 3

Add the sauce and simmer
