Pineapple juice adds sweetness

Cream cheese frosting!

– yeast 2 packages –  honey –  eggs –  pineapple juice –  butter melted – sugar –  flour FILLING –  dark brown sugar – sugar –  pecans chopped – cinnamon –  nutmeg –  raisins  – butter

Ingredients

Step 1

Add a little honey to the yeast mixture

Step 2

Add flour and pineapple juice & let it rise.

Step 3

Punch it down

Step 4

Roll it out and cover with butter

Step 5

Cover with filling

Step 6

Roll it up

Step 7

Cut and let rise

Step 8

Bake

Step 9

Cover with frosting

TIP

You can make the dough the night before and  bake in the morning.
