– Shrimp – Zucchini – Butter – Olive oil – Garlic – Shallot – Red pepper flakes – Lemon – Parsley – Parmesan cheese – salt and pepper

Step 1

Spiralizing the zucchini is first so it's ready to go. 

Step 2

Saute the garlic, shallots and red pepper flakes in a mixture of butter and olive oil.

Add the shrimp

Finish with lemon and parmesan.

How do you keep zucchini noodles from getting soggy? Don’t over cook them. You can eat them raw, but if you want them cooked, try cooking them in the sauce for about a minute.
