Ingredients
1head Cauliflower
¼cupolive oil
salt and pepper
½cupcapers(rinsed and drained)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º.
Starting in the center, cut cauliflower into 1-inch steaks. There will be some loose pieces.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Brush both sides of steak with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, Add to the skillet and cook single layer until golden brown, 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining pieces.
After cauliflower has been removed, add capers to oil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour oil and capers over cauliflower. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
