Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe
This easy buffalo chicken dip is an all time favorite game day appetizer. With homemade buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, it's a must for any party. Use rotisserie chicken and a quick and easy Buffalo sauce for that "hot wing" taste.

Ingredients

butter

garlic

Cooked chicken
(shredded)

Buffalo Sauce
((see below))

cream cheese

ranch dressing

white cheddar cheese
(4 ounces, shredded)

American Cheese
(4 ounces, shredded)

green onions
(sliced)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375º.
Over medium heat, melt butter in a 10 inch oven proof skillet and saute garlic for about 1 minute.
Add chicken, and
buffalo sauce
and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat and add cream cheese cook until melted.
Add ranch dressing. Top with cheese or Pour into a 1 quart baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake until the cheese has melted and is bubbly around the edges, about 10 minutes. Turn oven to broil and cook until brown, about 2 minutes.

homemade Buffalo sauce.
You can use Frank's Red Hot Sauce instead of Buffalo sauce if you prefer.
You can use cooked chicken breasts instead of rotisserie chicken
This can be made in an iron skillet or glass baking dish
Serve with crackers, chips, celery or carrots
You can re-heat in the microwave or in the oven
Buffalo chicken dip can be prepared in advance, refrigerate and then let come to room temperature before baking
