Ingredients
8ozcream cheese(softened)
½cuppowdered sugar
lime zest
1tbspfresh lime juice
22.1 oz packages frozen mini phyllo cups
30fresh raspberries and blackberries
Instructions
Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of lime zest, and 1 tablespoon of lime juice in a large bowl. Mix with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture into the phyllo cups. Top with fresh raspberries or blackberries and sprinkle with remaining lime zest.
Barbara's Notes + Tips
Turn these into mini raspberry almond tarts by adding a dash of almond extract to the cream cheese mixture and flaky almond pieces to the top.
Add a thin layer of raspberry jam or raspberry preserves before the cream cheese for a surprise!
To make these pastries over the top, drizzle a little melted chocolate over the berries as a final touch.
