Apple pie but with a shortbread crust.Just what you need when feeding a crowd
Make the crust.
Cream butter with sugar and flour and pat into the baking pan.
Cook the apples.
Slice apples and add sugar, cinnamon and apple brandy and cook until softened.
Add the sliced apples to the top of the baked crust
Bake until golden brown,
No fork needed!
