Peach Cinnamon Rolls for Brunch

– Flour – Yeast – Butter – Whole milk – Sugar – Salt – Eggs – Dark brown sugar – Cinnamon – Pecans – Peaches
– Powdered sugar – Heavy cream – Bourbon – Vanilla
Prepare your cinnamon roll dough. Let it rise an hour until doubled.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon and spread it over the dough.
Add pecans and diced peaches.
Roll it into a tight roll and cut into 12 large slices. Dental floss helps cut them easily! They'll fit in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Let it rise for about an hour.
Bake for 25 minutes until it is golden brown. Let it cool slightly and drizzle with bourbon glaze.
At this point, after adding the cut rolls into the pan to rise for an hour, you can cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake the next morning after allowing them to rise again.
