– FLOUR PASTE – water – bread flour – DOUGH – milk – egg – bread flour – yeast – sugar –  salt – butter

Ingredients

Step 1

Combine flour and water to make a paste. Then add to a yeast mixture to form a dough

Step 2

Let it rise in a warm place

Step 3

Cut into rectangles

Step 4

Roll up into logs

Step 6

Let rise and bake

Brush with butter

So light and airy!
