– light corn syrup – sweetened condensed milk – vanilla – butter, sugar, salt


Step 1

Cook the ingredients over the stovetop allowing the ingredients to turn a deep amber color. 

Step 2

Remove from the heat, add in butter and milk and stir. Then return to the heat, using your thermometer stir until it reaches 240.

Step 3

Stir in the vanilla, bourbon and sea salt before pouring it into a pan.
