Strawberry jam

Strawberry cream cheese frosting

Fresh strawberries are the best

– flour – sugar – baking powder – baking soda – vegetable oil – buttermilk  – eggs  room temp – vanilla –  strawberries  – lemon  –  cornstarch

Mix the wet ingredients with the dry and bake in a 9 x 13 pan.

Step 1

Poke holes in the cake with the end of a wooden spoon.

Step 2

Make jam or use some from the store.

Step 3

Spread the jam over the cake letting it go down into the holes

Step 4

Add fresh strawberries to a cream cheese frosting

Step 5

Frost and refrigerate
