Yeast Bread –Flour –Sugar –Yeast –Salt –Butter –Water –Whole Milk –Vanilla –Egg

Ingredients 

Filling –Blueberries –Butter –Sugar –Lemon Zest ICING –Powdered sugar –Milk –Lemon zest

Ingredients 

Use your KitchenAid Mixer and combine your dough. Switch to the dough hook and beat until smooth and slightly sticky.

Step 1

Place in a large bowl, cover and let rise in a warm spot for about an hour.

Step 2

Blueberries: Combine the ingredients and place on a rimmed baking sheet for 5-10 minutes, until they just start to burst. Cool before using.

Step 3

Roll the dough into a rectangle. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

Step 4

Roll out the dough and prepare the layers with fruit!

While the bread is baking, you can prepare the lemony icing!

Bake for 15 minutes, then cover with aluminum foil and bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. You can use a toothpick to make sure the center of the loaf is cooked through.
