Healthy  Energy Bites Snack

Sweetened with Maple Syrup & Coconut

Healthy and delicious Energy Bites made with dates, walnuts, almond butter and dried cherries are great for when you need a pick-me-up. Sweetened with just a bit of maple syrup and rolled in coconut, these will become a new favorite.

Freeze a batch and then grab one when you need a healthy snack. 

Made with nuts and dried fruit, you can enjoy each bite guilt free. 

Maple syrup is the only sweetener. 

–Pitted dates –Walnuts –Dried cherries –Maple almond butter –unsweetened cocoa –salt –unsweetened coconut


Toast coconut until golden brown, it will not take long.

Step 1

Add all your ingredients into the food processor, pulsing a few times until it combines together.

Step 2

Using a 1 tablespoon ice cream scoop or your hands, roll into 34 walnut sized balls. Roll in toasted coconut.

Step 3

Refrigerate or freeze all that aren't gobbled up immediately!
