This recipe uses egg noodles which is simply pasta that is enriched with eggs.

To make the custard, grab an emersion blender or a food processor to get it to the creamy texture you want.

Add in the noodles and raisins, because everyone loves raisins?

Sprinkling a little cinnamon sugar over the top will give it a nice caramelization and crunch.

This is typically made in a casserole dish, but try baking it in a muffin pan for individual servings. Great for lunches or afternoon snacks.

TIP

You can add a half teaspoon of nutmeg to compliment the cinnamon

Because egg noodles cook quickly, cook them a little under the recommended al dente time
