What you'll need

Slice a pork tenderloin

Step 1

Pound into thin cutlets

Step 2

Dip in eggs

Step 3

Coat in crumbs

Step 4

Let rest for 10 minutes so coating will stick

Step 5

Pan Fry

Step 6

Cut with a fork they're so tender!
