– Pork tenderloin – Bacon – Peach Jam – Mustard – Rub mix


Step 1

Add the rub to the tenderloin. 

Step 2

Wrap the meat in bacon - using toothpicks to hold it together. 

Step 3

Brown the meat, searing on all sides. 

Step 4

Let the meat rest under an aluminum tent  about 10 minutes after its done cooking. 

Step 5

Slice and serve!
