Prepare the topping in your food processor. If you don't have one, you can work it together with your hands.

Combine the fruits together in a mixing bowl and prepare the filling.

Spread the fruit filling in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Using your hands, form the topping into large clumps and scatter over the fruit.
Bake until the apples are bubbly and the topping is golden brown. Serve it warm, either with a scoop of ice cream or a drizzle of caramel would be nice!
